Contact the desk
We read every message that reaches our Singapore editorial desk. Use the phone number or email below — there is no contact form on this page, and we do not accept submissions through third-party widgets.
Velvet Frame operates mdmfilmreview.pro as an independent film journal. Our current edition is a long-form review of Jerry Ciccoritti’s Million Dollar Murder (also marketed as Murder in the Hamptons). If you have read the review and want to talk to a human being — about a factual correction, a rights question, or simply why we scored a scene the way we did — the fastest route is email. For urgent editorial matters during Singapore business hours, calling is welcome too.
How to write to us
Email remains the best channel for detailed notes. Put something specific in the subject line: “Correction — runtime,” “Press — Million Dollar Murder,” or “Review feedback — Hamptons ending.” In the body, include the URL of the page you are referring to (usually the review) and, if relevant, a timestamp or screenshot. We do not need your Amazon order number for editorial mail, and you should never send payment card details or government ID numbers to a review site.
When you call +65 6812 9044, you will reach Velvet Frame Pte. Ltd. during Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 SGT. If we are on another line or away from the desk, leave a brief voicemail with your name, a callback number, and the topic. We return genuine editorial calls within one to two business days when a reply is required. Marketing solicitations, link-exchange pitches, and automated dialers are not answered.
Corrections and clarifications
We treat factual accuracy as part of the review itself. Release dates, cast spellings, alternate titles, and legal streaming availability change over time; if something on mdmfilmreview.pro is wrong, we want to know. Send a correction to [email protected] with your source — a press kit, an official catalog page, or a credited interview is ideal. Opinion disagreements are not corrections, but if we misquoted a line or attributed a scene to the wrong character, we will fix it promptly and note the change when the update is material.
Spoiler policy questions also belong here. Our review is structured so major twists are signposted, but readers sometimes want a clearer boundary. Tell us which paragraph felt too revealing or too coy, and we will consider a wording tweak in the next revision. We do not rewrite scores because a reader wished the ending went differently; we do adjust language when it misrepresents the film.
Amazon purchases, rentals, and playback
Velvet Frame is not Amazon, Prime Video, or a payment processor. We link to the official Amazon listing for convenience and disclose that relationship on our affiliate disclosure page. Checkout, billing, refunds, regional rights, subtitles, device support, and playback quality are handled entirely by Amazon and its help systems.
If your card was charged twice, a rental expired before you finished, the title shows as unavailable in your country, or the stream buffers endlessly, please open Amazon’s order history or Prime Video help center first. Those teams can see your account, issue refunds where policy allows, and reset entitlements. Forwarding us a screenshot rarely speeds that up, because we cannot access Amazon accounts or override storefront rules from Singapore.
When Amazon mail is confusing, we are happy to point you to the right help article — for example, how to request a refund for an accidental purchase or how to download for offline viewing on a supported device. Email us with a plain description of the problem and your country of purchase; we will reply with the appropriate Amazon support path. We cannot change prices, grant promotional credits, or make a title appear in a region where the distributor has not licensed it.
Response times and hours
Our desk keeps Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 SGT (Singapore Time, UTC+8). Messages received on Friday afternoon or on Singapore public holidays are typically answered on the next business day. Simple corrections may be published within hours; complex rights questions can take longer if we need to consult a distributor or studio contact.
We aim to acknowledge non-spam email within two business days. You do not need to follow up multiple times unless your note is time-sensitive (for example, a factual error tied to a publication date). If you have not heard back after a week, check your spam folder for mail from [email protected] and try again with “Resend” in the subject line.

We can provide background on our editorial standards, confirm whether a quote may be reused with attribution, and discuss screenshot permissions within fair-use norms. Film rights holders who believe we have misstated credits or marketing materials may send documentation; we correct verifiable production facts quickly.
